风得信公司由刘旭东创建于2004年。

2011年与弗莱迪先生共同创办华南咨询公司，开始了在欧洲的咨询业务。

风得信的主营业务致力于为客户的市场活动提供解决方案和决策咨询，这包括市场调研，营销策略，视觉化传播及相关服务。

在欧洲-中国经济贸易合作领域中，风得信公司致力为客户提供协助服务，帮助中欧企业能够顺利进入对方市场。这包括牵线搭桥，与政府部门的沟通，寻找潜在的合作伙伴，寻找分销渠道，组织会议和商务活动等等。

Founded  by a Mr. Liu Xudong in 2004, and co-founded Sinan Consulting Company with Mr. Rolland Fradet in 2011, started the business face to Europe.
